Regular season practice times will be up to your coaches. You should expect to hear
from your coach by the end of the month.
Equipment:
All equipment must be US Lacrosse certified, which it will be if you purchase
it from a reputable store.
We recommend Comlax with stores in:
Portsmouth
Danavers
other locations
You should go to a store to purchase your equipment to make sure it fits properly
(don't buy it online).
You can also find equipment at

although supplies may be limited.
Boys are required to have the following equipment:
- Helmet
- Arm Pads
- Shoulder Pads
- Gloves
- Mouth guard
- cup
